Natural Stone Disclaimer

1. Quality Standards: our company Rajasthan Slate & Stone Exports Inc. is fully committed to supply and export the best quality products as we agreed on the price level. However, it’s a world known that stone is a 100% natural product that comes from the quarry, please always consider that no two pieces is exactly same. So, the color variations that you see in stone is 100% natural phenomenon. But we always take approval of the material through samples of HD pictures from the customer before supplying the material. Even then slight variations are possible and acceptable and customers need to understand this.
   
   To be more precise….natural stones, by their very nature, will have color variations, mineral deposits, texture, veining and directional trends from one piece to another stone piece. These are 100% natural characteristics of the stone which add to the beauty of the stone and will make the final product more beautiful & unique from any other.
   
   
2. Packaging: Our natural stones are always packed in safe and strongest manner possible as per international mode of packaging so that the products are delivered as it is basis. Before despatch we send photos of the material + packaging pictures + container stuffing pictures for the client’s consent and for their satisfaction. In spite of talking all necessary precautions, there might be instances where breakage might happen due to long distance journey and mishandling of packages. We do not accept for claims whatsoever in this regard but certainly recommend our client to get the insurance coverage in case of FOB shipments from our side. In case of CIF shipments, we do take marine insurance.
   
   
3. Delivery: We always plan our shipments to reach our customer on time. But sometimes due to force majeure there are natural hurdles (like floods, heavy rains, transport strike, power shut downs etc etc) that might delay the delivery of the product. We keep our customer duly informed about the status of the cargo. In adverse situations as mentioned above, we do not entertain any claims as such for the delay in delivery of the cargo. Customer has to cooperate with us on this issue.
   
   
4. Availability of material: Building stones like slate stone, sandstone, limestone, porphyry, basalt stone paving slabs and wall tiles are all 100% natural product and sometimes quarries get exhausted so some color/s may not be available. We always keep our customers updated about the current scenario of the availability and despatching timings.

Claim for Breakages – We have a set procedure by that you can claim for the breakages

1. Please send us the HD images through email that shows the breakage, the photograph must include the whole slab that shows the front position and the back side of the material.
2. Send us maximum of 5 photos / piece of product.
3. Please give us exact number of pieces (with the product reference number) that have been affected, including the details of the material while unpacking the crates.
4. We also need our commercial invoice number & container number in which the issue came.
5. Once we get all the desired information, we take 14 working days to answer for all analysis at our end. Please ensure that you have provided all the information to us, otherwise, it will not count as a successful submission for a claim. On 15th day we will get back to you with our detailed reply.
6. It is to be noted that minor marks to the surface, edge, or corner of a slab can occur when handling or during transit. These factors will not affect the performance of the product and cannot be claimed.

Last but not the least from our side we will leave no scope of mishappening, so that such situation arises…. please be assure of it.
